Weekly service

This is for schools needing a basic weekly service of assisting with the day-to-day finance processes of orders, invoices and income. We ensure that the basic foundation of the finance system is stable, clear and up to date. We are also here to give valuable information when called upon.

Monthly service

This is where a school would like to us to take care of the monthly processes, to free up the role of the Finance Officer.

This services includes Monthly cashflow entry, payroll entry, Bank, cashflow reconciliation, and the preparation of any month end reports needed to be sent to the local LEA.

This service is aimed at the school that would like us to take care of the routine financial elements of the finance officer role-releasing time for other duties. We will ensure that the following tasks are completed and entered correctly...

Termly

This service has been specifically designed for schools that require a health check and to identify areas that may need fine tuning, also to discuss any important issues that may have arisen. The visits are tailored to the requirement of the school.

Half termly service

The service is aimed at very busy schools that wants to receive a financial health check every half term. This would give regular reassurance of the integrity of the accounts for financial strategic reporting. We will provide assistance with areas of difficulty. Again this service is tailored to the requirement of the school, and has proven to be very beneficial for Finance Officers and Head Teachers to assess the financial stability and integrity of the financial accounts.
