EFS RM Finance training

E FSolutions Ltd are currently arranging to have regular training sessions at Belmont School, for Financial Management & control during the year, which includes training for RM Finance.

This training session will be for those that are new to Haringey schools and also existing staff that will have taken on new duties to operate the RM Finance module (previously know as ‘Cash Accounts’).

This course is an introduction into the actual RM Finance accounting program, therefore it would be ideal for some accounting/booking experience, but this is not essential.
The complete course will for 3 days, over a three-week period. The dates are as follows;
Here are some of the topics that will be covered:

Budget setting training

We have arranged a workshop to introduce schools to the revised program. The aim of the workshop is to familiarise you with the Planner, learn how to use it effectively during the next financial year and to ensure you get the maximum benefit.

The workshop will be for approximately three hours and will cover how the Budget Planner is used to calculate the staffing and non- staffing elements of the school budget. Also it will enable you to keep track of any Standard Funds income, external income and expenditure, and any other areas for monitoring for the coming financial year.

The training will be ideal for Administrators and Bursars that are new to the area of budgets. This Program is easy to use regardless of the current accounting system used at schools. This workshop will also benefit the Management Team (Heads, Deputies and Seniors) who are involved with the budget process.
